My CNY is pretty boring...

is it me or is it really true tat Chinese New Year juz isnt as exciting as it used to be?? I mean I used to be like super excited to go riverside with my family after reunion dinner... and then the house visits etc... it seems tat CNY now has become a reminder of how far I have drift away from my relatives...


I refuse to juz go home without anything so I took photo with all the 12 animals in the zodiac...

Shopped the whole day and we're DEAD tired (not to mention BROKE too)...

About a year ago I bought my DS Trainer XI in purple...

Finally a good pair of shoes tat fits me well after a series of mis-fits...

I love my DS Trainer

After some time, another colour of DS Trainer XI came out

The bright orange !!!

At first I thought the colour is so loud but the more I see the more I liked it.
Now finally got people ordering shoes from asics, and just when I thought I could get this O-Bright-One...


DS Trainer XII came out...

I know it should be good news when a newer version came out...
but it is NOT a good news when

Can someone explain to me what happened???

Should I buy cheaper from Asics and get this ugly shoes or pay more and get the O-Bright-One???

还以为自己已经是个“成熟稳重”的大女生了，才不会被这种不切实际的爱情故事感动。哪里知道。。。我几乎从第一集哭到最后一集！情节也不是很凄凉，但我还是哭到乱七八糟，真是伤脑筋。。。


你有没有问过自己什么是浪漫？
现实生活中。。。可真的有浪漫这两个字吗？

就算有，我相信也是很短暂的。
可能就是因为短暂，所以才浪漫吧。。。


曾有这么一则经典广告这么说过：

反译成英文应该是 - To have, but not to hold
很浪漫的一句话，但也表现出浪漫的短暂。。。

你可能会问自己“我曾经拥有吗？”

Been sometime since I wrote something here...hmph

Anyway, it's holiday in school now so it's holiday for me!! No classes, no marking!! Yeah!!!

Think I was last heard blogging about my marathon...

Results?

okie la... did the marathon in 5 hours 22 mins and 3 secs and in the Singapore Women category I'm the 257th out of 720 runners.

Will train for next year's marathon... yes I know I've said tat for 3 years but it didnt happen BUT... the most important thing is don't give up ma. Once you give up then it's 100% not going to happen liao... so 加油！

Dear and me before our second marathon

Felt that the run this year was much better, but I kinda lost the motivation at around 27km, at the end of the East coast route. Need alot of patience and ALOT of training definitely.

okie, my new year resolution for next year is to be more serious in my trainings. I graduated liao, so I got no training obligations anymore so I need some self-discipline!! I've been training aimlessly, never take my races seriously before, always have the finish-can-liao mentality... 真是太没出息了！


Okie.. so what did I do after my marathon on the 3rd Dec??

4th Dec - my last day of facilitation
5th Dec - busy preparing for my department's retreat
6th Dec - at Sentosa for the retreat
7th Dec - half day course, alot of meetings then went to my students' chalet
8th Dec - went outram pick up lucky draw prize, then go NTU collect my scroll
9th Dec - no recollection wat I did (think was at home ba)
10th Dec - no recollection but I know I graded my class...
11th Dec - Course at British Council then meet dinesh and talk alot of crap
12th Dec - Course at British Council
13th Dec - PBL retreat then went for a swim, first workout after marathon
14th Dec - work (wanted to run but rained)
15th Dec - work (wanted to run again but it RAINED again!)
16th Dec - Went Biathlon training at Sentosa, go buy camera and then PS2

Haha, I win liao, blog write like tat one...

Talk about my students' chalet... I went down on the 2nd day of thhe chalet, I guess everyone is about 70% dead liao. Expect them to be very noisy but they were rather quiet...haizz so I tell jokes lor... they also got tell some la...

Then I request to watch the movie Eurotrip! They say very funny, so I was so excited about it... but 13mins and 6sec into the movie, I realise this is juz not my type of comedy... tsk tsk tsk... I feel so cheated 欺骗我的感情

But at least I got a place to sleep on the BED!!! Everytime go chalet, always no bed sleep, the guys very buay zi dong... happily take the bed and let the gers sleep on the floor... hmph... when was my last chalet?? Think abt 2 yrs back, chalet for NTU lifeguards...tat one I got bed also... so not tat bad

My first chalet was when I'm 13, all my seniors took the bed, the guys.. and I dun even have a mattress end up I sat on my butt to sleep and fell down sideways and got a bump... then didnt had much food cuz all eaten by seniors, had very bad experience at the chalet. Seniors no take care of me...haizz

Wah I write so much irrelevant stuff liao huh... I need to go play game liao lor...
Now I need to set aside some time for my PS2 le... WAHAHAHA
