I have sin again today...again...
I spent money again... bought a green top, one top from osmose, one white skirt from osmose (not in pic) and one pair of heels...Anyway today I went to Fitness First at Raffles Quay for gym classes... hehe
Access card to Raffles Quay building and the locker card at Fitness firstThe locker is locked using a card... you choose a locker, put your stuff in and then you close the door and then you tap... RFID eh? Quite cool but expensive le....

Anyway I went for a few rather interesting lessons there...
First,
It's abit like aerobics but the music is good so i guess I dun mind doing it...
The instructor is one male and one female la. The male hor, he very funny and wore a dangerously short running shorts for the class....
Why do I say dangerous le?
Cuz he has this mic thingy strapped around his waist lor, then he jump here jump there and his shorts kena pull up permantnently, so basically we got a good view of half his bun buns throughout the session... haha... well at least he's got something la... but my bf's one still
THE BESTAfter about an hr of ATTACK it's time for....
This got weights involved lor... think I better start to train abit of weights lor. I took the lightest weight and almost cannot tahan le... so sad
No wonder my arms are call
UNDEVELOPED... tsk tsk tsk
I think this one quite good cuz usually do weights damn boring but if do as a group with music then more fun ma...
And after an hour's of torture under the weights...
It's some fun with....
This one is dancing la... very nice moves but with people like me who suffer from severe body coordination problem... I look like a monkey there lor....
But I enjoy it le... the two instructors told us... the two most impt thing for this class if you cant follow is to anyhow HARMTAM and be shameless!! hehe, yeah, I very guai so I anyhow harmtam and was very shameless...hohoho
The last one I went for is BodyCOMBAT... this is aerobics martial arts style
Quite cool le, kick here kick there I like...haha...
A Ger needs a place to show her violent side....AH DAAA!!!!
After that suppose to take on more BODYSTEP but I cannot take it liao. There;s also another one call BODYBALANCE... step is also like aerobics ba... the balance is sama sama yoga lor... dun mind trying if got chance...hehe
does it look gayish? but Joanna say it's quite fun when you try... hehe if I got the chance I will
