wohoo.. tmr is my last day of work at NIE!!! Auntie Melvin is taking over me... he better do a good job since I recommend him there one....

Okie so the plan is I will "slack" for a week then start work!!!

Actually next week i will be studying for my GE exam lor...sianz....

So I thought maybe I should "downgrade" to shuffle!! haha....


I told my friends and everyone ask me to get nano.... but hor reason why I wanted shuffle cuz it's smaller in dimension, and easy to add songs...smaller capacity, I easier to choose songs ad change songs as and when I like....best is it works like a thumb drive! can juz drag and drop!!! muhahaha

Yeah... maybe I should start to look for more ways to shrink my barang barangs so next time I can buy smaller BAGS???

This morning went to meet dear dear to go for his ATC briefing....

Suppose to be 9:15, they started at 10:15!!!! One hour late lor....and I find the briefing quite redundant la...esp since they are going to upload the slides online... never mind lor...worst is then question ppl ask...goodness, nothing clever to ask...dun ask lor...heehee

Then dear dear made me go to medical centre to get referral later to check my eye lor... very sian there..and since I got my camera with me...

Super Freak Show...

Today i very suay....

Went for training at CCAB...siong arh.... the training is plan to kill me....

Then hor I was walking to the bus stop to take bus home with liwei... my bus came so I ran for it....but I didnt realise the ground wasnt all flat....got abit of slope so I lost my balance and fell....

but I picked myself up fast fast and still want to run for the bus...but I tripped on something tat dropped out from my perpetually-unzipped-bag....pick tat thing up and still want to run for the bus but the bus uncle decided not to wait for me... I was very very close....but he so steel hearted one....see I like tat still dun want to wait for me..... it's a bus 174 bus uncle....

Graduating and looking for a job now, somehow there's this pressure to look for a job that has a good starting pay or work for a prestigue company. I dunno why I felt like that.... now come to think abt it, maybe somehow I feel little insecure somewhere tat I feel the need to prove something to someone... haizz, am I the only one feeling tat?

I dun need to prove anything....
I think being happy with my job is most impt to me. I need to enjoy wat I'm doing!!

Decided to skip this morning lesson....heehee

I'm clearing my last AU for uni...taking this course Career Development by Kamal Kant. Wasnt sure what job I wanted and thought maybe this course can give me some directions... well I guess it did point me to some directions but I have to sit down and think abt wat I want...dunnno why I always so suay choose GE always choose those very mafan to clear one... this GE is 3AU lor...I need to do an assignment (essay less than 1000 words) then do a group project (less than 3000 words) and then exam with essay question.....jojo's GE only project and no exam! arghh

Friends are getting interviews, some already got job offers, I'm still waiting for the news of the my last interview. I thought it went pretty well but I have to continue to look out for other openings. Not been keeping a lookout lately cuz I'm so busy with stuff now.

Working 3 and half days in NIE now....heehee...cuz I work half days on mon, wed and fri. I have lessons in the morning lor, so take half day off, this will be for one month la... so today I slack half day at home...muhahaha, later still have to to work le. I see my friends wake up wat time they want, go everywhere they want now. I hardly had any hols before my job and lesson started. It's like I finish on wed then the following week I start work liao...

Work's pretty boring.... it's borin when there's nothing to do...it's also very boring when I have stuff to do....

But then again I should be grateful tat I have a part time job now, alot of my friends are looking for one. I didnt even have to look for one and they even allow me to go for lessons 3 times a week. Pay is okie too... so I shant complain abt it anymore....

I been skipping training this week too...heehee

anyway, now working everyday, I realise how tiring it is...everyday go home then very slack...then awhile later it's bedtime...wah....working life really sux.

Are people born messy??

Are messy ppl usually lazy ppl??

I like clean and tidy room but I dunno why after I spend a long time clearing things, usually within a week, it'll be a mega mess again....

My parents say I got too much rubbish/things.... my sweetie say my room is like a treasure cove, everything also have, and sometimes might even have pleasant surprise!! Sometimes I buy something and forgot abt it...or sometimes I won some stuff (competitions for fun fun like tat kind la) and I dun need it I'll juz throw it at the top of the cupboard....

And I'm quite a garang guni.... I keep things tat ppl buy me....gifts that ppl made for me and letters and cards tat my friends wrote me....Got quite a pile of em...

I thought I got alot of cupboard space so I juz throw everything inside....sigh...

Actually not that messy la hur....
But now, I sorta run of space le....

And the fastest and most effective way to clear up the mess and declutter is to THROW!

Graduating....

Cant believe my uni life is over....

4yrs is a long time....

My first 3 years was quite a struggle with my work, yr 2 and 3 didnt have a group of friends from my course group to hang out with (I too dao and lazy to make new friends can?) cuz I chose to be in different group from my friends (wat was I thinking man)

Finally in my final year, I got reunited with my friends again!!

Been a great year with the gers in my final year....

Dream Part 1

I dream alot when I sleep....

I heard tat usually children are the ones tat dream and adults usually dun...but I read from this website DreamMoods.com that says tat all of us dream juz tat some dun remember what their dream is about and thought tat there was no dream....hmmmmph

Went to read up some sites, seems tat there are common dreams tat ppl dream abt.. Some of the common dreams I had are...

1) Being Chased

When I was younger, it was always kena chase by zombie one....
I remember one more recent one...maybe one or 2 years back... I was being chase by some bad guys....think running for my life in this building or something like tat, it was very real, when I woke up, my heart was beating very fast lor

Chase dreams often stem from feelings of anxiety in your walking life. Often in these dream scenarios, you are being pursued by some attacker, who wants to hurt or possibly kill you. Chase dreams may represent your way of coping with fears, stress or various situations in your waking life. Instead of confronting the situation, you are running away and avoiding it.

2) Teeth falling out

I had this type of dreams alot of times... dreamt tat all my teeth dropped out, it was so real tat many times when I woke up I will check my teeth one...
In the dream I always feel tat my teeth become loose, then start to juz drop out like tat...

4) Exam

Had this once tat I can remember....abt half a year back? I think it was after my last semester exam...I dreamt tat I didnt know I have a paper then when Irealise I have, I was walking everywhere to look for the exam hall but cant find and got so kanjiong lor...

These dreams usually have to do with your self-esteem and confidence or your lack of. You are worried that you are not making the grade and measuring up to other people's expectations of you. You may also experience the fear of not being accepted, not being prepared, or not being good enough. You feel nervous, insecure and tend to believe the worst about yourself.

Most of the time, though, people who have such dreams are unlikely to fail a test in real life. This dream goes back to their fear and own anxiety that they may not meet other's standards of them. They are afraid to let others down.


Then hor there's thing call myclonic jerks... a muscle spasms of the arms, legs and whole body when you dream tat you are falling in the first stage of sleep... I also got before, I dream/thought tat I was stepping into a pit lor, then my leg kick up or something liek tat and I woke up from this jerk lor. It says it is to awaken and become quickly alert and responsive to possible threats in the environment...

Got one dream more scary arh.... last time I used to share a bed with my mum back in my 3-Room HDB lor, then hor I will dream tat when my mum turn her face to me, it's this green face monster can!!! I got so scared!!!haha

Also during a period many year back, I keep getting this dream tat there's this blue face figure floating at the ceiling looking at me... and then it'll come down and put weight on me and I cannot breathe...then I alwys try very very hard to breathe or rather to wake up.... it's like my mind wake up liao but my body havent lor...and I got this dream over and over for quite a while...very scary le....

I read tat the dreaming state is usually during the Rapid eye movement (REM) stage of sleep. This is the lightest form of sleep and usually people who woke up during REM feel alert and refreshed....hmmmmmm...issit?
During REM, the brain activity is similar to those during waking hours.

I cant believe I got thru the first interview.... going for 2nd interview next week....yes, it is THAT interview tat I totally screwed....

Glaucoma.....

Today I went to make a new pair of specs with my sweetie at JP...

Chose a nice dark purple rim glasses and then went to check my eyesight... it was the same....

then I had to undergo these two other tests tat I've never gone thru before, Tonometry and Ophthalmoscopy. Tonometry is to measure the intraocular pressure, pressure exerted due to the presence of the vitreous humour and opthalmoscopy is to examine the optic nerve at the back of the eye.

The lady told me tat my intraocular pressure is quite high, normally is abt 21, my right eye is abt 25, think the other is abt 23....

From wikipedia I got this pic which is the type of pic the lady took for the opthalmoscopy lor...


It says tat the pink rim of disc contains nerve fibers. The white cup is a pit with no nerve fibers. As glaucoma advances, the cup enlarges until it occupies most of the disc area.

And from the opthalmoscopy pic of my eye hor, the lady said my eye optic disc (cup) is quite large... think abt 4 in diameter compared to the usual 2 or 3 for asians.....bleah....

She said tat I may have Glaucoma, it's an eye disease due to the damage of the optic nerve...and it's usually due to elvated intraocular pressure but it's not a sure sign cuz some people juz has a higher pressure than normal ppl who does not suffer from this disease. As for the optic cup, the lady also mentioned tat some ppl are also born with a larger one than the rest. So needa confirm if mine is because I'm born with it or it is due to the damage caused by high intraocular pressure...

Haizz, I never heard of this disease before ma.... then when she mention the chinese name 青光眼 (Glaucoma), I thought she say 青蛙眼 (frog eye)..... kaoz, made a fool of myself...hahaha....

Think I'll go for a checkup juz to be sure la.... better be kiasu than sorry rite?
